To this basic recipe, you can add finely chopped or grated vegetables when browning the onion.
I'm going to do it, but I want to add saffron. In the frying section or the add water/stock then wait section? Thoughts?
I imagine adding saffron AND fresh garlic would be overkill and wack the flavor of the saffron, or no?
This is truly delicious...MUCH better than simple, plain white rice! I most definitely will be making this again, and I wouldn't hesitate to serve it to guests too. As a bonus, it's so easy to make! Merci Ricardo.
