Tofu Spread

375 ml (1 1/2 cup)

  1. In a food processor, purée spinach, tofu, green onions and garlic until smooth, about 3 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the processor a few times. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve as a spread or in a sandwich.


  1. I simply love tofu spread/pâté! But I'm too lazy to cook it by myself, usually just grab a pack from the mazel products. Many thanks for the recipe
