- With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler.
- Lightly oil sausages, beans and peas on the baking sheet. Broil for 10 to 12 minutes or until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Set aside.
- On four plates, divide sausages, beans and peas. Serve with mustard sauce and tomato wedges, cheese and basil. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
