Very good! Didn't have parsley so substituted with other dry herbs (oregano and some other things). Tasted very good. The sunflower seeds are a must...gives a crunch. The water and soy is also interesting and a good suggestion to give the burgers some softness. Meat-lovers...this is a hearty burger! You'll love them! emoticon!

The recipe is for burgers but the instructions from point 2 onwards is for veg "meat" balls! Maybe there is a mistake here? Maybe Step 2 should state to "shape the mixture into burger patties". Step 3. Lightly oil a pan and place the burger in the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Also - please don't use "meatball" when talking about vegetarian food! : )
