Great recipe. Make sure your pork is submerged in the sauce or the part sticking out won't be as tender. Before reducing, I chilled the sauce and removed the solidified fat.

I would like to make this without using a slow cooker, would I be able to roast it in the oven? If so would I need to alter the ingredients? How long would I roast it for and ar what temperature? Thank you for all your wonderful recipes.
