Barbecue Sauce

  1. In the slow cooker, combine all the ingredients.


  1. Add the meat and baste well with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Remove the meat from the cooker. With a fork, pull the meat apart and set aside in a bowl.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce the sauce by half. Add to the meat. Mix thoroughly and adjust the seasoning.
  5. Serve in burgers (see recipe).

  1. Simple and very delicious!

  2. Great recipe. Make sure your pork is submerged in the sauce or the part sticking out won't be as tender. Before reducing, I chilled the sauce and removed the solidified fat.

  3. Love this recipe it was a big hit on our ski vacation. Will become a go to when making pulled pork.❤️ Meant to post earlier but on menu for August Civic Holiday.

  5. I would like to make this without using a slow cooker, would I be able to roast it in the oven? If so would I need to alter the ingredients? How long would I roast it for and ar what temperature? Thank you for all your wonderful recipes.
