If you have a mini slow cooker, you can halve the recipe.
AMAZING. I've brought this Artichoke dip to so many parties and it's always popular! Perfect for having people over, potluck style parties, even leftovers are great! I usually serve it with baguette bread, but you can probably serve it with crackers or pita bread as well.
The day before my party, I made a half recipe. Because I don't have a mini slow-cooker, I assembled it in a small pot, and cooked it in a 200F oven for 2 hours. I refrigerated the whole thing overnight. On the day of the party, I let it rest several hours at room temperature. Just before serving, I microwaved it on HIgh for 30 seconds. Absolutely delicious - the best dip I ever served. The half recipe makes an enormous amount - ended up freezing leftovers - will have to see how well they survive,
