- In a saucepan of salted boiling water, blanch the baby broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse quickly under cold running water. Drain.
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the garlic in the oil. Add the blanched baby broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Pork Chops with Citrus and Juniper Berries.
Baby broccoli is also sold under the names Broccolini and asparation. In this recipe it can be replaced with rapini or broccoli.
