Eating well doesn't equal boring. Our bright, vitamin-packed Smoothie Breakfast Bowl is as enjoyable to eat as it is to look at.

  1. In a personal blender, using the blending blade, purée the yogurt, three-quarters of the fruit and the maple syrup until smooth. Pour into a small bowl.
  2. Top with the remaining fruit and the granola.

Note

Frozen blueberries can be replaced with fresh blueberries, in which case refrigerate the smoothie for a few minutes before serving.
