Fresh Cranberry Relish

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, chop the cranberries. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and combine well. Cover and let macerate for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Remove the orange zest.
  3. Delicious served with the Honey-Spiced Turkey or Crustless Meat Pie.

Note

If fresh cranberries are unavailable, thaw frozen cranberries before chopping in the food processor.
