Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and cubed
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 lb (450 g) Italian sausages, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
  • 4 cups (280 g) small broccoli florets

• Polenta

  • 3 cups (750 ml) chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup (120 g) quick-cooking polenta
  • 3/4 cup (75 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
