Cold Ham and Mustard Macaroni Salad

  1. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and toss lightly with oil. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar, if desired.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, ham, celery and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

  1. Which mayonniase do you use? Hellmann's or Miracle Whip? Thank you

  2. Didn't have celery or parsley on hand, so used mixed sweet peppers and green onions - still yummy comfort food. Complimentary to spinach salad and tomatoes.
