Curried Tuna Salad Wraps

20 MIN
This lunchbox staple gets schooled with Indian spices, honey, celery and pickles for some crunch and a light curry taste.

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, onion, celery, pickles and curry powder. Season with pepper.
  2. Spread the honey or mango chutney on one half of each tortilla. Cover with lettuce, then the tuna salad. Fold the ends toward the centre and roll tightly. Wrap each tortilla in parchment paper, twisting the ends to seal. Cut in half. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  1. Great with any leftover fish as well - I used Arctic char that had been poached the day before. As well delicious stuffed into mini pitas - served with potato chips makes for a nice luncheon.

  2. can't see it
