I just made this salad for a light Christmas week dinner. It was wonderful. I added chopped chicken breast to make it a meal, the chicken marinated in garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and a mix of herbs, then grilled. It's a very pretty, crisp salad with a really nice light dressing.
I love this waldorf salad. I also have my own mayonnaise recipe that I alternate with it. J. Hiscock
