  • ¾ cup (180 ml) chicken broth
  • ¼ cup (35 g) raisins
  • 2 tbsp confit lemon peel, diced (or the zest of 1 lemon)
  • ¼ cup (10 g) cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups (300 g) couscous
