Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain 10% yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain 10% yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 egg whites
• • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips about 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 cups (250 g) dried breadcrumbs
