Peanut Butter Cream

  1. In a small pot, whisk together the milk, peanut butter and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the cream thickens. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Pour into an airtight container. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely chilled.


  1. Place four cups or small bowls in the freezer until ready to serve.
  2. Divide the ice cream among the cups. Top with the strawberries and peanut butter cream. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
