Spicy Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) ketchup
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Sriracha
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
Sandwiches
- 8 slices bread
- 4 leaves Boston or curly lettuce
- ¾ lb (340 g) slices cold roast turkey breast with bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 8 slices dill pickle

Preparation

Spicy Mayonnaise
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Set aside.
Sandwiches
- Spread the spicy mayonnaise over the bread. Build each sandwich with a lettuce leaf, some turkey, and avocado and pickle slices. Close the sandwiches.
