  2. Excellent! Very informative. Specifics are mentioned which is not always the case in many videos. Nbr of and kinds of cheeses, kinds of accompanients from fruits to nuts and hone and what NOT to plate, timing for preparation and protect, placing of cheeses and WHY they are placed that way. When info is given I always find that the reasons why are an important part of the info. One is more likely to remember the info if they know why they are doing it. Well done Ricardo! and thanks.
