Beautiful! I had breakfast at a 5* restaurant in Vancouver, last week. I asked for a ‘medium’ egg. TWICE it came with part of the white still clear. The third time was better but more like a ‘soft’ egg. How long should the chef have cooked the egg to get a ‘medium’ egg? They charged me the full price!
