Discover RICARDO Ready-to-Serve Gravlax

Like Ricardo, we love to serve gravlax as an aperitif or as a starter with family or friends. This version, sold in grocery stores and flavoured with lemon and dill, is the perfect way to please everyone at the table while simplifying the kitchen workload.

Quality local salmon

Cut into thin slices, our gravlax is made with salmon marinated in salt, sugar and lemon, dill and gin flavours. This product uses only quality ingredients including BAP-certified Canadian Atlantic salmon (best aquaculture practices).  

Gravlax without the preparation

We love this new ready-to-serve option, since we only have to let the gravlax thaw for three to four hours in the refrigerator or place the packaging in cold water for an hour before use. That means nothing to do in advance to prepare it...except for how you want to serve it: Crackers, bagels, bread—it doesn’t need to be complicated. You can simply present it on a tray with vegetables and a dill sauce, or made into bites with sour cream. Another option is to add it to a salad or as a topping for a poke bowl.

Sold frozen in a 100 g format, gravlax can be stored for 24 months in the freezer. Find it exclusively at IGA stores across Quebec, in the fish and seafood section, for $8.99.
