1. Crispy Goat Cheese Salad
We’re bringing back crispy warm goat cheese to take advantage of a hassle-free, oil-free cooking method. Simply coat the goat cheese in batter and panko breadcrumbs, then brush it with a little oil. Place pecans in the cooking basket with the cheese to roast them. Once cooked, the cheese will be crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Serve it with a green salad with a balsamic honey vinaigrette.
2. Salmon Steak and Warm Green Bean Salad
To maximize the space in the air fryer, prepare the salmon steaks and the salad one after the other. First, cook the beans lightly coated in oil, then set them aside while the steaks cook. Coat the fish with a richly flavoured mixture of mayonnaise, tomato paste, anchovy paste, capers and lemon zest. Serve the salmon with the warm salad, which combines beans, artichoke hearts and cherry tomatoes.
3. Molten Brownies with Dulce de Leche
Brownies are the best kind of indulgence. Cook them in ramekins in the air fryer. Put a dollop of dulce de leche in the centre of the dough to create a molten heart. Once cooked, simply remove the brownies from the ramekins for individual desserts.
