In a pesto or a spread, on pizza and in sandwiches, or simply roasted and sprinkled on pasta, pistachios are everywhere. They’re also one of the trendiest flavours at the moment, and many businesses are creating new products that feature them.
Starbucks, for their part, have a pistachio latte on their menu. More locally, Favuzzi sells a pistachio cream spread and Club local has its pistachio Cremaglace alcoholic beverage. The nut is even making its way into the world of plant-based drinks, like the pistachio milk from New York-based brand, Táche. No doubt; we’re attached to pistachios!
