Ingredients

- 2 large slices country bread
- Whole-grain mustard
- Dijon mustard  
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 cooked apple wedges (optional)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

Preparation

- Spread whole-grain mustard on one of the 2 large slices country bread and Dijon mustard on the other one. Layer the ham, cheese and apple. Close the sandwich.
- In non-stick skillet, brown the sandwich on each side in the olive oil, pressing gently until the cheese has melted. Serve cut in half with a green salad.
