  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) blood orange juice (from 3 to 4 oranges)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (210 g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Zest of 2 blood oranges
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola oil

• Icing

  • 3/4 cup (100 g) icing sugar
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) milk
