Preparation
Dukka
- With a mortar and pestle or a food processor, crush the almonds into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. Transfer to a bowl.
Bocconcini
- Into another bowl, pour the olive oil. Dip the cheese balls into the oil and coat in the dukka, or let guests serve themselves.
Note
The dukka can be prepared in advance and will keep for several weeks in an airtight container.
