- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Sriracha
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth.
- Use as a dressing, as in our quinoa bowl with salmon, zucchini and sweet potatoes.
As a variation, add 2 tsp (10 ml) toasted sesame oil. This version is delicious with our spicy shrimp poke bowl or with a raw salmon or tuna poke bowl.
