Spicy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Sriracha

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Use as a dressing, as in our quinoa bowl with salmon, zucchini and sweet potatoes.

Note

As a variation, add 2 tsp (10 ml) toasted sesame oil. This version is delicious with our spicy shrimp poke bowl or with a raw salmon or tuna poke bowl.
