First, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and water, and cook in the microwave. Then, for a quick cooldown, add ice cubes and stir until melted. Marinate the chicken for eight hours in the fridge while you’re at the office, and it’s ready to cook as soon as you get home.
