Monday: Zucchini and Smoked Salmon Pita Pizzas

Start your week off on a colourful note with this pizza featuring crispy pitas, tender zucchini and sliced smoked salmon. Everyone can garnish their own pizza as they please with shallots, dill and capers. It’s a light, simple and refreshing dinner idea!

Tuesday: Lentil Stew with Sausage and Rapini

A one-pot wonder that’s as filling as it is flavourful; how can you resist? The richness of the Italian sausage, the slight bitterness of the rapini and the earthy lentils simmered in chicken broth make for a fuss-free dish that definitely hits the spot.

Wednesday: Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe with Eggs

Meet your new favourite weeknight pasta. This recipe evokes the classic cacio e pepe which simply means “cheese and pepper” in Italian. But with its egg yolk sauce and the raw yolk sitting on top of the mountain of spaghettoni, you get an incredibly creamy dish that’s a slight nod to carbonara. 

Thursday: Pan-Fried Chicken with Vegetable Noodles and Tao Dressing

Use the flavours of the infamous General Tao sauce to accompany your chicken tonight. And don’t forget to include a burst of freshness with vegetable noodles. You’ll love the sweet, spicy and slightly sour taste of this recipe so much that you’ll have to keep yourself from making it every week! (Although we don’t see that as a negative…)

Friday: Beef Burritos

How does a hearty burrito with beef, black beans and a generous portion of cheese sound? After all, Friday night calls for something that is quick and easy to execute and will be a surefire hit with the whole family, especially the kids.
