    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
    • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Pastis liqueur
    • 8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
    • Salt and pepper

It is better to peel the largest celery stalks to remove the fibrous strings.


This dish can be prepared and cooked in advance. You can reheat it in the oven or microwave oven before serving.
