Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 3 lbs (1.4 kg) ground pork
  • 3 lbs (1.4 kg) ground veal
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper
