    • 60 ml (¼ cup) white wine
    • 250 ml (1 cup) chicken broth
    • 125 ml (½ cup) breadcrumbs
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 500 ml (2 cups) chopped arugula
    • 125 ml (½ cup) chopped toasted pecans
    • 1 egg
    • 15 ml (1 tbsp) water
    • 454 g (1 lb) store-bought frozen puff pastry, thawed
    • Salt and pepper

The meat mixture can be prepared a day or two in advance, but it is best to assemble the pie just before baking. If you want to freeze the pie, do it before baking.
