Pomegranate, Pistachio and Chive Gremolata

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Use as a garnish on Rillettes, Puréed Squash with Parmesan Cheese, Lemon and Tarragon Smoked Salmon or Lime Nordic Shrimp Salad hors-d’oeuvres (see recipes).

Note

The gremolata can prepare a day in advance.
