This delicious grilled steak with honey-vinegar shallots and green beans, cooked in a foil packet right on the grill, is a summery, flavour-packed weeknight meal that’s easy to make and simply satisfying. Oh, and the minimal cleanup is an added bonus!

Wednesday: Panzanella Salad with Legumes and Chicken

Panzanella salads are always the ultimate meal option for summer, as they usually require minimal cooking, are loaded to ensure your belly is full, and have a great contrast of textures. This recipe will be your go-to meal salad for the rest of the summer.

Thursday: Pork and Prosciutto Medallions with Zucchini-Mint Salad

Cantaloupe and prosciutto are a classic Italian duo, but we took the pairing and turned it on its head with this recipe. Pork tenderloin medallions are wrapped in prosciutto and then grilled, and the melon is served in a side salad with zucchini, spinach and mint. Delicious!

Friday: Shrimp Tacos with Corn Salsa and Avocado
