Pasta is always a quick and easy meal choice for busy weeknights, and this colourful meatless version won’t disappoint. Featuring orecchiette pasta, it’s also loaded with the likes of zucchini, broccoli and tomatoes.

Tuesday: Grilled Pork Chops and Lemon Parmesan Salad

During summer, dinner is oftentimes a piece of meat with a side salad. Simple, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be something special! These tasty pork chops with a kiss of honey are served with a salad tossed in a zingy lemon and cheese dressing. Delicious!

Wednesday: Steak Taco Salad

Taco ingredients come together in this fresh and satisfying salad. Juicy beef, crisp lettuce, creamy avocado, zesty lime and crunchy corn chips create a perfect balance, while a tangy sour cream, feta and lime dressing takes it to the next level. It’s a refreshing twist on a classic favourite and perfect for summer!

Thursday: Quick Miso-Honey Salmon Bowl

This balanced and nourishing power bowl is the perfect combination of flavours and textures. With brown rice as its grain component and salmon for protein, and let’s not forget the bok choy, zucchini and avocado, it makes for a complete meal.

Friday: Chicken Panini with Roasted Bell Peppers and Smoked Gouda

Sandwiches are often the perfect meal idea, especially during summer. Sure, if you’re looking to save some time, you’ll likely go the white bread, cold cut and cheese slice route. But if you take a bit of extra time to cook the chicken, roast the bell peppers and grill your sandwich, we promise you, the added work will be worth it!
