  1. In a bowl, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Note

It is best to whip the cream right before serving as it tends to get watery and absorb refrigerator odours.
