Monday: Veal Parmigiana

Crispy, pan-fried veal cutlets coated in a rich tomato sauce and ooey-gooey cheese; there is nothing better. It’s easy to make and is such a popular dish, the kids will simply love having it to kick-start their week off from school.

Tuesday: Crispy Pork Tenderloin

Tiny hands love tasty nuggets! We took pork tenderloin and chopped it into child-friendly cubes, and then dredged it in a panko breading for that perfect crunch.

Wednesday: Sweet Potato and Tofu Patties

Kids love crispy fritters, and you love that they get a dose of veggies! So we took your usual vegetable patties and added some protein thanks to grated tofu. And don’t forget that cheesy, salty kick from the feta!
