Monday: Crispy Tofu with Orange-Honey Sauce

This tofu recipe is sure to make a regular appearance on your weeknight rotation. After all, there’s the combination of the super crispy texture of the tofu with the sweetness and savouriness of the sauce. Tuesday: Farfalle with Chicken, Broccoli and Cheddar

With cute bow-tie shaped pasta, delicious pieces of chicken, tender broccoli florets and a creamy, cheesy sauce, you don’t have to go to great lengths to whip up a dinner that the kids will devour!

Wednesday: Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloins with Apple and Braised Cabbage Wedges

It’s currently apple season, and while we enjoy the popular fruit in many desserts, fall is the perfect time to include them in more savoury dishes, as well. Here, pork tenderloins are served with apple and cabbage wedges, and then topped with an addictive sauce made from apple jelly.

Thursday: Curry-Roasted Fish and Cauliflower with Radish Raita

A recipe that can be prepared in less than 30 minutes is a winning weekday dinner! Simply mix cauliflower with curry, roast it in the oven, and then cook the fish in a pan for just two minutes.

Friday: Beef and Broccoli

Craving Chinese food tonight? Don’t launch your favourite food delivery app, but make this hearty dish instead. Use up any excess broccoli you may have left from Tuesday night’s meal, cooking it along with green onions, carrots, ginger and flank steak. Top with a sweet and savoury sauce and you’ve got a delicious meal everyone will love.
