Wednesday: Crispy Honey-Garlic Beef

Titillate your taste buds tonight with these garlicky beef strips in a slightly spicy sweet and sour sauce made from honey, soy sauce, vinegar and Sriracha. To ensure a golden and crispy crust that holds the sauce well, be sure to coat the meat in cornstarch before frying. Crunchy sugar snap peas with sesame seeds add flavour and texture to the dish.

Thursday: Tuna, Olive and Tomato Penne

After a long day at work, all you want is for dinner to be a hassle-free affair. This tasty pasta dish is quick, easy and includes ingredients you likely already have in your fridge or pantry, like dried pasta, canned tomatoes, tuna and olives. Who doesn’t enjoy convenience?

Friday: Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Sandwiches

Your basic cornflake cereal is what creates a golden crunchy crust on these air-fried chicken thighs. Bring the finishing touch to the sandwich by spreading the buns with a rich and spicy Caesar dressing and  then adding bacon, romaine lettuce and tomatoes. We promise, everyone will clear their dinner plates tonight.
