1. Roast Chicken with Crispy Potatoes with a Green Bean and Red Cabbage Salad
We love everything about this roasted chicken, starting with its crispy skin and its tender meat and served with a savoury gravy made with chicken fat and cooking juices, with the addition of red wine and roasted shallots. Score the surface of the potatoes (like you would a duck breast) so that they become crispy once cooked. Serve everything with a flavour-packed salad made of green beans and red cabbage, along with arugula, olives and bacon.
2. Honey, Lemon and Sesame Chicken Wings
Sticky fingers alert! Napkins are welcome when devouring these sweet and sour chicken wings. Made of ingredients that are easily found in the pantry, they’re lacquered with a syrup made from honey, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar after baking. These wings are the perfect combination between tart and sweet that will have you asking for more!

3. Sheet-Pan Sweet Potato Nachos
Watching sports on TV, like the Super Bowl, makes you want simple and easy-to-eat things, like nachos. Satisfy the crowd with this version, where corn chips have been replaced by sliced sweet potatoes that are baked and topped with cheese. For easier access (and fewer dishes), put the sheet pan directly on the living room table so everyone can dig in.

4. Cold Tomato Pizza
Cold pizza is a staple for gatherings with friends, but why not take a break from the local bakery to create your own homemade dough. Once topped with a good amount of tomato sauce and pecorino cheese, bake until the crust is golden. All that’s left to do is to cut it into squares and add your favourite toppings, if desired.

5. Braised Lamb with Mild Spices
This is a beautiful piece of meat that is sure to impress, every time. Our roast lamb shoulder is infused with various spices, ranging from saffron to coriander, cardamom and cumin. The addition of warming allspice brings it all together. Bake in the oven for two hours and serve with a delicious Persian rice with potatoes and saffron which is topped with pistachio and pomegranate seeds.
6. Korean-Style Glazed Pork Shoulder (Bo Ssäm)
This pork shoulder is slowly cooked until the meat comes apart easily with a fork. To give it a Korean twist, we add a spicy sauce made of fermented pepper paste (gochujang) as well as a soybean condiment and fermented peppers (ssamjang). Serve it with lettuce leaves, rice and other garnishes, taco-style.

7. Macaroni and Cheese with Chorizo and Corn
This cold weather classic is always popular as a warming comfort-food dish, no matter the occasion. In our version, béchamel sauce and cheese are still essential, but corn kernels and small cubes of chorizo are added to bring colour and flavour. The little extra perk? Panko breadcrumbs for a bit of crunch.
8. Chocolate Fondue with Almond Nougatine
The ultimate shareable dessert? Chocolate fondue, of course! It is made of dark and milk chocolates, cream, milk and homemade nougatine. The latter is a welcome crunchy element made of caramel-coated almonds that are crumbled in the food processor, an idea inspired by the classic Toblerone. Once it’s ready to go, simply prick the fruit of your choice with your fondue fork and dip it into this gourmet mixture.
9. Pink Grapefruit Tart
We love citrus fruit so we were inspired by lemon pie to create this pink grapefruit pie! Made with similar ingredients—except for the lemon—this dessert is sweet, slightly bitter and totally refreshing. Top with a firm Italian meringue and place under the broiler to finish.
